Water Tower Tag

I love graffiti. Specifically pieces that play on environment, appeal to the public, or offer a fresh take get my attention and admiration. It's a defiant interjection of art in public spaces, competing for attention in places usually sold off to the highest bidder. No commercial value, just expression.  

Few symbols are more concise in giving immediate personality and emotion to an inanimate object than the basic smiley face.
